If you have any questions that aren't answered here, feel free to contact us.

Where do I start?

Just give us a call. Our staff will help coordinate your production from concept to completion. You can request a specific talent and give detailed instructions, or just give us a general description of what you're looking for. We can take it from there, working with you every step of the way.

How does the session work?

If you're not here in the studio, we will patch you in directly at a prerranged time, allowing you to direct talent and choose music & effects over the phone. Either way, you're in the mix.

How is production delivered?

Your finished piece can be delivered in several ways. Electronic delivery methods include ISDN (real time), download via website, or digital file (.wav, .mp3, RealAudio). Hard copies can be shipped overnight via Fed-Ex on CD, DAT, Beta, Zip Disk, reel or cassette.

Do you handle compact disc and video reproduction?

Yes - we can handle production for your finished product, and coordinate packaging and design as well. With a wide range of options to choose from, we would be happy to offer ideas and creative suggestions.

What's the most important thing to prepare for a session?

Without a doubt, your script is key to a smooth session. Copy that has been approved by the client and given a run-through for the time allotted will make things much easier. Remember that good creative takes time; your copy will be stronger and more effective if you give the talent room to be expressive.

Can you polish my script? (Can you write my script?)

Yes and yes. We can streamline your transitions, tighten up your dialogue, improve the flow and bring out your key points.

If you need a script written from scratch, we have access to great copywriters who are willing, able and flexible. They can work with anything from a fully developed concept to a looseleaf sheet of bullet points or a rough sketch.

I've never really directed talent before. Got any tips?

Since professional voices deliver scripts every day, they have well honed instincts and a personal style that can add real value to the spot. We usually suggest letting the professional set the tone for the first take; you might be surprised by what you can get without saying a word.

Of course, professionals also know how to take direction. Whether you bring in a producer or guide the pro yourself, you'll find them to be friendly, attentive and extremely easy to work with.

How much lead time do I need for scheduling a session?

The more advance notice you give, the easier it is to schedule your requested talent and get all the elements together. That said, we understand the reality of time pressures and can have your spot done on as little as 24 hours notice if need be.
